I love to hear about mutual friends setting up two people and that leading to a wedding.  Erin and Jason are now engaged in Kansas City.  Two different couples were trying to se them up originally.  They’re planning a Summer wedding at Brookside Community Church and a classic reception at the Carriage Club in Kansas City.  Erin described her details with Jackie O and that’s all I need to hear to know I’ll love all of it.

Jason proposed to Erin on New Years Eve on the balcony of his condo that overlooks the Kansas City Plaza.  What a perfect moment and place!  They later went to dinner with friends and I’m sure there was plenty of celebration for this sweet engaged couple and the new year.

We started at the Carriage Club for their engagement session and then ventured to Loose Park.  The lighting and sunset were gorgeous.  We somehow landed between the rainy days and heat wave with a perfect night.
