Sara and Nick met 7 years ago, on a cruise, each with their own families, but soon turned into a budding long-distance relationship that partnered in marriage in early October on a gorgeous Fall day. I love working with a creative couple that brings their own personal touches into their wedding day. It really gives guests a personal experience, making your wedding day fun and memorable. My favorite little detail they included was the, “Find your party animal,” seating chart. Another favorite is the amazing floral design that Ashley from Good Earth Floral consistently provides. And, the custom-made, “Cheers,” calligraphy sign by local calligraphy artist, Lauren Heim Studio, that hung behind the bar was amazing! Feasts of Fancy provided the best dinner I’ve had in a long time! It was seriously AH-mazing! I love shooting at the Hobbs Building in Kansas City’s West Bottoms neighborhood.
Sara may be a pharmacist by day but she could be a wedding planner on the side. She put together her entire, gorgeous wedding. Sara and Nick hosted a reverse cocktail hour before their outdoor wedding ceremony in the Feasts of Fancy courtyard. After that scrumptious dinner, guests were able to dance the night away with music by The Patrick Lentz Band.
It was such an honor and joy to work with you, Sara and Nick!
