It’s refreshing to go into, “Wedding season,” with such an amazing couple, wedding party and families. I’ve told the story before but my meeting Courtney is my favorite. We caught red handed in the bundt cake and she, in turn, offered us a piece! Fast forward a few weeks and she books us for her own wedding and we get to hang with another favorite couple again, Chelsea and Drew!
When you think of an August wedding in Kansas, you don’t normally consider a gorgeous day in the low 80’s with a little breeze and a few clouds. To say these two are lucky in love is an understatement because luck can only get you so far and they are taking each other to greater heights. After some mid-day wedding party portraits, we all headed to Advent Lutheran Church where they held a sweet ceremony and said, “I do.” We finished the night at their Ironwoods Lodge wedding reception with open garage doors, a packed dance floor and social patio.
Courtney + Tanner, it was such a joy to work with you both this past year. We had so much fun and felt so welcome on your wedding day and I cannot express how appreciative we are to have clients like you both…and your friends and family! I wish you all the best!
