Meghan and David hosted an amazing KC wedding at the Abbott on the 4th of July that included a stellar line up of Kansas City wedding vendors, a fun wedding party and a gorgeous day! Working with Moontage Films again was such a blast. The Abbott was gorgeous. Ashley with Good Earth Flowers outdid herself with the floral design. Blue Thistle Cakes peanut butter chocolate cake was SOOO delicious. I’m still craving that cake and I heard the vanilla was heavenly too. DJ Alex Reed had the party going and so on. It was just an awesome day.
I love the star shorts to theme the July 4th wedding day. Subtle and cute!
Meghan’s style was on point with Jimmy Choo shoes and her Hayley Paige wedding gown from Kleinfeld’s. She is so darling!
David was so cool and chill, we forgive him for being a Raiders fan! lol
The Abbott was a perfect back drop for portraits with both Meghan and David and their wedding party. I LOVE the white interior and black exterior. And, GAH, those bouquet’s below.
Some of my favorite portraits of Meghan and David were outside their wedding reception in front of The Abbott in the Kansas City Crossroads area.
Complete with rooftop views of downtown Kansas City and cocktails. How could we not have a sparkler exit on July 4th?!
I adored documenting this wedding day and all the pretty details. Congratulations, Meghan and David!
