Tommy proposed to Carly in the River Market area of Kansas City this past Winter. They had restaurant week plans with friends (one of their favorite things), and it was freezing! They had already called school off for the next day. As they were walking towards the restaurant, Tommy got down on one knee and proposed in front of the River Market sign. Their friends jumped out of the restaurant taking pictures and they had a private room with champagne waiting. Carly had always told Tommy that she wanted to be completely caught off guard and she totally was!
