The natural light and vibe of River Market Event Place is amazing. I love this space and my dear friend, Morgan, is part owner so it feels special to me.  The outdoor patio space is an amazing addition to a gorgeous wedding day, such as Lauren and Mitch’s Spring wedding day!

When I first met with Lauren and Mitch, I immediately loved their vibe, their chemistry and their mutual excitement to get married and spend their lives together.  At the engagement session I learned they’re also both incredibly photogenic.  I mean really.  To the point of it being not fair!  😉  Flash forward to their wedding day this Fall.  It was also gorgeous outside.  One of the best October Saturdays this year.  River Market Event Place was filled with beautiful, natural light, decorated with baby’s breath and ready for one of the most moving ceremonies I’ve seen in a while because it was full, with love and praise.

It was such an amazing day and night.  Thank you, Lauren and Mitch, for the honor of capturing your love on film.  It may be one of the easiest things I’ve ever photographed.  And I mean that in the most complimentary ways.  ALSO, thank you Amanda Dehaemers, with River Market Event Place, for being so wonderful to work with and for the to-go La Mar’s donuts!! 🙂  They were yum!

I loved shooting in downtown Kansas City at REMP!  The locations surrounding this event space is amazing and all within walking distance.  Oh, and Lauren, Mitch, I will find a way to get you in front of my camera again…soon!
