Update: I have stopped photographing weddings as of December 2021 and became a real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri. If you’re also searching for a new home together, let’s call it serendipity! I can also give you some great recommendations for a wedding photographer. Feel free to schedule a call or reach out at 913-948-3918. Thanks and happy wedding planning!
Zach and Jill’s wedding day was breathtaking! Every detail was perfect. The weather was gorgeous. Jill was stunning. I think everyone was having an amazing time, day and night, at the Weston Red Barn Farm, a perfect location for a barn wedding with the ceremony in the apple orchards and reception in the barn. The scenery was all too convenient for wedding day portraits. I love that Zach and Jill didn’t go completely rustic there and instead kept to luscious flowers in whites and grays and doilies from Jill’s Grandmother, strung lights, and whimsical fonts on everything from the Invitation and programs to the directional chalkboard signs. I have no idea where Weston Red Barn Farm found all those wood folding chairs but I’m in love with them.
Their wedding day was flawless. During the ceremony, Zach and Jill read their own written vows and you could feel the love in the air. I had always wanted to write my own vows but after hearing Jill’s, they would have put my writing skills to shame. I hope she frames them! During the reception, there was a S’more bonfire, lots of dancing and tons of fun.
