7. Friday Night Open House – Or, offer a neighbor sneak peek on Friday night with wine, cheese and crackers. This works wonders with luxury properties.
8. Holidays and Special Occasions – Gift giving just got a lot easier when you have the best coffee and wine on hand.
9. Office Parties – Networking with your wine is the best time!
10. A second income stream – Let’s face it, the market is weird right now. Those other reasons grow your Real Estate career and at the same time can grow your new wine and coffee e-commerce. Win-Wine.
